Q: Why are my candles tunneling ?

A:Candles have a "memory" . When you burn your candle for the First time make sure the top is a complete melt pool . If you blow out your candle after only 1-2 hrs it will start to burn down the center , creating a "tunnel" . Be sure to have a complete meltpool on top everytime you burn to get the longest life from your candle!

Q: Why is there black Soot coming from the candle?

A: You may notice black soot coming from your candle while burning, your wick may be to long! ALWAYS Trim your wick before lighting! Cut wick to 1/4".

Q: How long before I will get my candles from the time I place the order ?

A: Our shiping times very depending on certain situations! For instance if we are having a free shipping sale we have a lot of order and it may be a 2-3 week turnaround time( Remember each candle is handmade when you place the order, they are not sitting on a shelf ) ! You will ALWAYS Find our current turnaround time listed on our website so you know before you order! Please understand that Turnaround time means just that, It is the time I will have your order out and shipped. I can not control how long it takes the Post office to deliver your package! Turnaround times do not include transit time!

Q: How do we ship ?

A : We ship our package via USPS Priortiy ! We find priority to be the fastest way to get you your orders! For larger orders such as $100 or more we may ship UPS !

Q: What does homemade candles mean ?

A: Homemade/Handmade means we hand pour each and every candle and tart we make as it is ordered! We fragrance , color , mix , pour and label each candle by hand individually as you order it .

Q: Do We Ship Internationally?

A: YES, We will Ship Internation However you must pay any and all shipping cost!

Q: Do you use lead wicks ?

A : ABSOLUTLY NOT ! We use FDA Approved Zinc Core wicks!

RETURNS :

We do NOT except returns! NO EXCEPTIONS! Orders are made personally for each customer fresh , therefor returns are not excepted! We can not exchange for a different fragrance if you are not happy with the one you ordered. We know it is hard to purchase candles from the internet especially if this is your first order with us and you dont know if our scents are true to the name, So may we recommend you order a small candle or tart to make sure you like the fragrance before purchasing a large jar .

 
CANCELLATIONS:

Once a order is placed we start to begin working on them sometimes within 1-2 days , because each candle is made as they are ordered , we only allow 24 hrs to cancel a order! There will be a 10% cancellation fee. ! After 24 hrs have passed from the time you place a order the order can not be cancelled and NO REFUNDS will be issued, no exception!

 
CANDLE INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS. Always place candle on a heat resistant surface! Remove any flammable decoration before lighting Never leave burning candle unattended Keep burning candle away from children and pets Pour off molten wax if flame is too short .Rotate candle 1/4 turn each burning to encourage even melting of wax Burn candles 2-3 hours at a time Avoid burning near drafts! Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch !!
