We are not responsable for lost, broken, or damaged items if NO insurance is taken! We are very sorry if your candle arrives broken but that is what the insurance is offered for and you have the choice to cover that upon placing your orders! We will not replace or accept broken candle/tart back ! If you purchased the insurance and items are broken contact us immediatly and SAVE the box and broken item as the shipping company may want to investigate and see the box and item! WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE INSURANCE! When it leaves our hands we are will NOT be held responable if no insurance is taken on that order!

We use 100% pure fragrance oils and the finest wax , Not to mention we scent our candles to the MAX !We use the maximum amount of oil in our candles that the wax will hold. Our candles will throw off fragrance for the entire burn of the candle. Not only are our candles and tarts extremely strong and fragrant , but they are very true to their namesakes. We are known for our highly scented candles and unique fragrances we offer. We do blend alot of our own scents ! You may find other company`s with the same fragrance but if it says * Our Blend* It is just that! We strive at bringing our customer`s Strong, Unique scented candles that are true to their name!
CANCELLATIONS: Once a order is placed we start to begin working on them sometimes within 1-2 days , because each candle is made as they are ordered , we only allow 24 hrs to cancel a order! There will be a 10% cancellation fee. ! After 24 hrs have passed from the time you place a order the order can not be cancelled and NO REFUNDS will be issued, no exception!
RETURNS : We do NOT except returns! NO EXCEPTIONS! Orders are made personally for each customer fresh , therefor returns are not excepted! We can NOT exchange for a different fragrance if you are not happy with the one you ordered.WE WILL STRESS THIS AGAIN , WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES! We know it is hard to purchase candles from the internet especially if this is your first order with us and you dont know if our scents are true to the name, So may we recommend you order a small candle or tart to make sure you like the fragrance before purchasing a large jar . TURNAROUND TIMES - The turnaround time is the time it takes us from the time YOUR PAYMENT is in our hands ( if paying by check, checks must clear before order can be put on list to be made) NOT the time you placed the order, Till it leaves our hands. We can not account for the shipping time the post office takes to get to you!

CANDLE INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS. Always place candle on a heat resistant surface! Remove any flammable decoration before lighting Never leave burning candle unattended Keep burning candle away from children and pets Pour out melted wax if flame is too short .Rotate candle 1/4 turn each burning to encourage even melting of wax Burn candles 2-3 hours at a time Avoid burning near drafts! Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch !!
